Service Engineers (x2)

Responsibilities

• Semiconductor machine startup and installation
• Perform equipment on‑site installation, diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing and repair
• Perform equipment continuous improvement programs, preventive maintenance, modifications and repairing works
• Serve as company contact point with customers on technical matters
• Attend to customers’ complaints and provide timely solutions
• Other ad hoc duties as instructed by reporting manager

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
