Job Description
We arelooking for a Service Experience Lead to work alongside a Service Architect, helping bring service designs to life.
This role is highly collaborative and customer-facing. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to coordinate workshops, gather inputs, and produce clear service documentation including service wraps, service schedules, and detailed service descriptions.
You will also take ownership of scoping and pricing for productised and straightforward service offerings, leading the onboarding process end to end. From initial engagement through to transition into BAU, you’ll ensure expectations are clear, documentation is robust, and delivery teams are set up for success.
We’re looking for someone who:- Has experience working in Service Delivery or Service Management environments
