**POSITION SUMMARY**

+ Responsible for channeling all guest requests by acting as a “single point of contact” for the guests.
+ Answers and directs all incoming phone calls efficiently and correctly.
+ Records and allocates messages for guests when unavailable.
+ Communicates with guests over the phone to record all food-orders and utilize effective up-selling techniques
