This role plays a critical leadership function within our Service division, overseeing glazing crews, coordinating daily service operations, and ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient delivery of work.

A Day in the Life

• Preparing, organizing, and reviewing service jobs, ensuring required materials and information are ready before work begins
• Dispatching glazing crews and service technicians, providing clear job direction and priorities
