What will you be doing?
Coordinate incoming local and worldwide service requests, dispatching marine service engineers and spare parts to deliver improved, timely service.
Manage confirmations, quotations and scope-of-work agreements, ensuring financial checks, POs and pro-forma invoicing when required.
Liaise with ship agents, logistics, subcontractors and internal teams (Technical, Sales, Finance) to optimize resources and resolve disputes.
Maintain service calendars, ticketing (Freshdesk) and email databases to ensure accurate handover to invoicing and project teams.<...
