Service Integration and Management Specialist

7+ years of experience in role or function in an organization in a multi‑vendor environment.

Ability to work under general direction and manage collaboration and service quality in complex, multi‑provider, or cross‑functional environments.

Project management or project coordinator experience

Knowledge: Strong understanding of two well‑known Service Management and Governance frameworks (ITIL, SIAM, COBIT, CMMI, and so on).

Soft skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to influence vendors and internal teams
