DUTIES

The Service Leader Front Office / Rooms Controller is responsible for rooms inventory and ensuring that guests requests and preferences are met and works on a partnership with the Housekeeping Rooms Controllers to ensure smooth running of roomspreparation. He/She also supervises the Front Desk, provides guest services and check-in and check-out of guests.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum1 years experience in FO of an international Class Hotel

- Good spoken and written English proficiency

- Good interaction skills

- Flexible to work long hours when required
