Job Description Job Duties: Under broad direction, supervises assigned staff for PSL within a Natural Work Area (NWA) (District/Location). Manages teams of frac technicians assigned to PSL completions within the NWA. Schedules and coordinates frac technicians to ensure job coverage and schedule adherence.
