Service Manager (5 Years) (PJ)

Position: Service Manager
Location: Petaling Jaya
Salary: up to RM10k (13 Months of Salary)
Working days: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

Duties / Responsibilities

• Spare Part Management
• Service Center Management
• Authorised Service Center (ASC) Management
• Technical Training Support
• Others
• Other ad‑hoc job assigned from time to time.
• Act as the main point of contact for key clients and high‑value accounts, ensuring their service expectations are met or exceeded.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints, providing solutions that align with company policies and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial) or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in service‑related job functions
