Service Manager (Diamond Creek)

We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Diamond Creek service. This is one service, thoughtfully designed across two neighbouring buildings with our unders in one and overs in the other. It’s not two services to run. It’s one aligned team, split by age for clarity and focus. The result? Clear routines. Defined leadership support. Strong collaboration. Our 2IC is primarily based in one building, providing day-to-day stability, while you maintain oversight and connection across the whole service.
