Job Description
As a Service Manager for End-User Services at Anora, your purpose is to ensure high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective IT services for end users. In this key role, you will manage the end-to-end service delivery for our end-user services. This includes managing the company's outsourced IT service providers and ensuring that agreed service levels are met. Another crucial part of the job is to ensure that our employees get high-quality technical support across Anora sites and remotely. By providing technical expertise and support, you will help to maximize the value of the company's IT investments and ensure the effective delivery of IT services.
