Service Manager - F&B Service (Outlet Manager)

We are seeking a commercially driven and hands-on Outlet Manager to lead the operations and overall performance of All Day Dining (Garden Café) outlet and Lobby Lounge (Sunset Lounge). The role requires full ownership of daily operations, team leadership, guest satisfaction and financial results, ensuring seamless execution across all meal periods, promotions and VVIP functions. The successful candidate will drive revenue, control costs, uphold brand standards and consistently deliver the Shangri-La service experience. In the capacity of Outlet Manager for Lobby Lounge, the role will oversee wine and spirits inventory, including procurement, stock control and beverage cost management in compliance with internal controls.
