As a service manager, you are an ambassador for both Ordina and your clients. For customers, you are a single point of contact for all their questions regarding the IT services provided. In this customer-focused role, you will lead the Ordina service team, aiming to deliver first-class customer experiences and achieve operational excellence. You will communicate at various levels in the customer organization and foster customer relationships.
