Service Manager Mental Health

About the Role      

The Service Manager – Bunbury CSRU plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the delivery of a contemporary, recovery-oriented 15-bed residential mental health service. This service supports adults with complex mental health needs for 12 – 24 months. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality care, maintain compliance with all relevant standards, manage key stakeholder relationships, and foster a strong, person-centred service culture.

Service Delivery & Program Oversight

• Lead the delivery of a person-centred, recovery-focused program in line with Richmind WA’s policies and procedures.
• Ensure service compliance with contractual obligations, clinical guidelines, and licensing requirements.
