Purpose:

To own service delivery performance and customer SLA execution across strategic accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage SLA reporting and service governance

 Lead escalations and operational improvement plans

 Interface with enterprise customers regularly

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

 5–10 years service management experience

 ITIL certification preferred
