Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage SLA reporting and service governance
Lead escalations and operational improvement plans
Interface with enterprise customers regularly
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
5–10 years service management experience
ITIL certification preferred
