Position for an experienced Service Manager for a Dealership in Richards Bay.

Ideal candidate should have Commercial/ Trucks/ Technical Experience for this position.

Responsibilities

• Control resources at a level commensurate with profit requirements and enhanced customer relations.
• Maximise departmental profitability through the sale of labour and associated products to franchise and non-franchise customers.
• People management and supervision of staff, including performance management and discipline.
• Ensure the Service Department achieves budget objectives through weekly and monthly monitoring and control of accounts, operating controls, and composite figures.
• Ensure efficient operation of the Service Department through labour utilization, productivity, and sales.
