POSITION SUMMARY
- The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery and quality of technical support, maintenance, and managed services to clients or internal stakeholders. This role ensures operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and alignment of services with business goals. The Service Manager leads a team of technical professionals, manages service-level agreements (SLAs), and continuously improves service delivery processes through performance analysis and strategic planning. Strong leadership, communication, and technical knowledge are essential in coordinating with engineering, support, and project teams.
