Service Manager SDN

As a Service Manager for Software Defined Networking (SDN), you will:

• Provide expert technical assistance on software-defined networking, micro segmentation (firewalling) and related products or services as required: technical guidance, troubleshooting, performance optimization, governance, monitoring.
• Manage diverse projects related to the day-to-day operations of the Unit.
• Participate in the formulation, planning and definition of project requirements, liaise with stakeholders and internal customers, participate in requirements gathering and communicate results.
• Develop a deep understanding of internal business processes, oversee their continuous improvement and manage service reliability.
• Ensure quality of COSMOS project documentation, meeting minutes and other relevant documents and deliverables.
