Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Service Engineers & Technician and supervise the overhauling & commissioning of Engine & other aux equipment
Work in Anchorage, Off-port limits, shipyard, onboard vessel on voyage repair
Work with contractors for jobs that have to be outsourced
Prepare service and calibration reports of the work activities
Able to advise and recommend to the Technical Superintendent and Chief Engineer on faults/defects and operation of the machinery in accordance with the manufacturer's specification
Provide technical support and deliver high-quality service standards to the satisfaction of customers
Carry out a risk assessment for each service and observe safe work practices and regulations onboard vessels & in the workshop 
Conduct daily toolbox meeting
Responsible for continual improvement in the Service Department
