Service Manager

Job Responsibility :

• Experience with 2-stroke/4-stroke engines
• Encourage adherence to the QEHS system processes.
• Address reported non-conformities by taking remedial action and resolving issues that affect the caliber and delivery of goods and services.
• Offering advice to subordinates who disobey policies and procedures of the firm.
• As needed, lead a group of guys doing site labor.
• Encourage and direct initiatives for ongoing improvement.
• Assist in training new fitters and provide direction to inform others about technology advancements in our portfolio.
