What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring strict adherence to policies and procedures
• Manage operational efficiency in New Accounts, Accounting, and Investment sections
• Support marketing efforts by cross-selling bank products and services
• Ensure staff members understand product offerings to meet client needs and achieve branch targets
• Coordinate with support units and other branches to maintain compliance with bank standards
