Service Manager

We are looking for a Service Manager to lead the service team for Malaysia in Eaton’s electrical business, based in Selangor.

What you’ll do:

• The role of Service Manager is to lead, plan and manage the in‑country Electrical Service Business, including service sales, project implementation, testing and commissioning, technical application, fault analysis and solution recommendation, technical training, and warranty support for Power Quality products (UPS 1P/3P) and Power Distribution maintenance (LV switchgear, MV switchgear, transformer).
• Responsible for building a strong service sales team, strengthening existing install base customer relationships, ensuring profitable service and maintenance contracts, achieving customer satisfaction, and providing guidance to generate new service opportunities.
