Service Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the service operations both in the workshop and on-site including day to day operations in liaison with Operations Manager and Repair Sales Manager.
• Play a lead role in the setting up of the Zhoushan service facility, this includes setting up a workshop and manning the facility adequately to address the service business in the area. • You will be responsible for the profitability and development of the complete service department in Zhoushan. • Achieving budgeted and targets and department P&L for the Zhoushan Station.
• Staff welfare, guidance, discipline, and performance. Also, that department fully conforms to all legal and company rules and regulations.
• Health and safety of department employees, subcontractors, and other employees, all as deployed on department jobs or where department employees are allocated to other departments.
