Service Mechanic

The Service Mechanic is a skilled licensed professional responsible for the hands on repair maintenance and troubleshooting of installed elevators and escalators. This role requires in depth mechanical electrical and control systems knowledge to ensure equipment safety reliability and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine and complex repairs to restore equipment service quickly including handling emergency call backs.
2. Execute preventive maintenance tasks such as oiling greasing making mechanical adjustments and testing safety features.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve faults using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
4. Maintain accurate service records and report on repair and maintenance activities.
5. Comply with safety regulations and company policies during all repair and maintenance work.
6. Collaborate with other technicians and service teams to optimize equipment performance.
