Job Description

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages following standard procedures.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, counters, and kitchen spaces.
• Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally.
