Roles and Responsibilities 

• 4+ years of total IT experience with 2+ years dedicated to ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong knowledge of:
• HR Case Management
• Employee Center / Employee Center Pro
• HR Knowledge Management
• HR Catalog & HR Services
• Lifecycle Events (LE)
• HR Document Management
• COE configuration
• Hands-on with flows, business rules, notifications, scripts, ACLs.
• Experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integration, and MID-server.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, HR data models, and global HR operations.
• Good exposure to platform administration, update sets, data migration, and ATF.
• Familiar with Agile methodology and DevOps (Git, CICD pipelines optional).
