Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proficient English-speaking Service Desk Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring access and technical support. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality first-level support through hotline operations, ensuring efficient user communication, understanding user problem, providing solution over call or creating incident for further triaging in adherence to defined service standards and SLAs.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in service desk or technical support environments.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for users contacting the hotline for access and technical support issues
