Responsibilities
- Service handling (Retail, Online, CPJ, Corporate, Support team)
- Scheduling and Dispatching (Daily Van Delivery arrangements)
- Parts and Inventory Management (Parts request)
- Service Records and Documentation
- Coordinating with Technician and the customer
- Reporting to HQ service department for parts request and service support.
- Following up with the parts request and repair progress.
- Quality control for goods, making sure items is working well before collection
