Service Operations Manager

About the role

As the Service Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the after‑sales operations across multiple Geely Dealership sites. This full‑time position is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and the efficient delivery of Geely's automotive after‑sales services.

What you'll be doing

• Serve as a consultant, facilitating communication and information flow between the Distributor and Dealer Aftersales Operations.
• Regularly analyze dealer business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans to enhance Service and Parts operations, focusing on:
  • Units Received
  • Production Value
  • Customer Retention Rate
  • Parts Wholesale and Retail Sales
• Ensure compliance with distributor Aftersales policies and Standard Operating Procedures through quarterly AAA evaluations.
