Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee operations of the program; oversight of technical/engineering resources
- Develops relationships with clients and organizations to assess their technology,
support, and security needs. - Pro-actively identifies/offers innovative solutions that meet clients' needs while
remaining cost effective - Delivers infrastructure services according to agreed SLA
- Develop and communicate SLA's metrics and produce appropriate metrics reporting
- Upholds a sense of customer service and measures client satisfaction
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a Related Field
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a previous role or experience in managing a team of
Service Desk Specialist, IT Helpdesk or IT Support Specialist - ITIL Certified/background & experience in Cloud infrastructure would be of
