About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Operations & Support Engineer to support the implementation and daily operations of our Autonomous Cloud Environment (ACE – Dev) for a self‑hosted ServiceNow instance on AWS.
This role will drive configuration enhancements, platform stability, CMDB/CSDM alignment, and end‑to‑end support for ITSM Service Request (SR) and Knowledge Base modules.
You will play a key part in delivering a reliable, high-performing ServiceNow platform for multiple tenants across MTM (MCC-Core) and ACE (Dev) environments.
