Job Description
- Monitoring crew offshore mobilization and demobilization, Updating of crew's movement and annual leave, offshore leave and others.
- Submit chopper booking and deal closely with client Radio Operator. Plan the offshore accommodation and transport booking for crew, liaise with admin team as and when required.
- Closely monitor crew training details, medical checkup, crew work permit/passport requirement for new and renewal purposes.
- Update rental tracking of client's purchase order.
- Prepare offshore allowance and update into the Worksy system.
- Ensure compliance with company all system and that team members are fully aware of their specific responsibilities within the system.
- Perform tasks and responsibilities beyond those explicitly outlined in the job description as and when required, provided such tasks are reasonably related to the job and fall within the scope of your qualifications and expertise.
