We have an exciting opening for an experienced Service Quality Engineer to support reliability and service quality performance across our drilling technology product lines. The role focuses on downhole tools, wired tools, and electronic measurement tools used in drilling operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement in field operations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure service quality standards are met across operations.
Monitor and improve the reliability of downhole, wired, and e‑tool systems.
Lead failure investigations and drive corrective action implementation and validation.
Support field teams with job planning, tool readiness, and post‑job analysis.
Track service quality KPIs and prepare performance reports.
