Service Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

The Service Reliability Engineer will join a dynamic R&D group that designs and develops AI-powered UC recording SaaS solutions. The Service Reliability Engineer will provide expert technical support for complex production issues, working closely with field engineers, R&D, and customers. We are looking for a hands-on professional who is passionate about troubleshooting, learning, and implementing new technologies, and who takes ownership of reliability and service quality. Work with cutting-edge conversational AI technologies in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to grow in AI, product development, and SaaS. The position is based in North America. The support engineering team is global, with members located in the USA and Israel.
