A leading global sports and digital media organisation is seeking an experienced Service Reliability Manager to oversee the operational reliability of a large-scale OTT and digital video platform.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring platform stability, maximising uptime, and coordinating cross-vendor delivery across ingest, encoding/transcoding, DRM, CDN and OTT distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational reliability of the digital video platform
• Lead high-severity incident response and act as technical command during outages
• Manage cross-vendor dependencies, releases and service performance
• Drive improvements in monitoring, telemetry, alerting and automation
