Service Representative

Job Summary:

The Service Representative – Admin is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Service Department. This role ensures that all service-related documents, schedules, and communications are well-organized and completed in a timely and efficient manner to support smooth HVAC operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and log client service requests and job orders (installation, repair, maintenance)
• Coordinate scheduling of service technicians and teams for site visits or jobs
• Prepare and manage documents such as service reports, job orders, checklists, quotations, and billing forms
• Communicate with clients regarding job updates, service schedules, or follow-ups
• Monitor and update service status reports and ensure timely job completion
