Responsibilities / Tasks
Accompany assigned customers throughout the entire lifecycle, from project execution to after-sales service.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for selling spare parts, technical services, audits, upgrades, small projects, and service-related products connected to our extrusion solutions.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that add value.
Work closely with engineering and technical service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and provide regular reports to management.
Develop innovative strategies to grow the assigned market.
Achieve and deliver projections for Order Intake, Sales, and Gross Margin for your customer portfolio.
