As a Service Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our service business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. Reporting to theTeam Leader – Service, you will work closely with the engineering and service product teams to implement effective service sales strategies.

Short Description
Your day-to-day
  • Drive service, spare parts, retrofit, and optimization sales with existing customers to achieve annual targets
  • Identify and develop new service opportunities through regular customer visits
  • Provide on‑site technical support, troubleshooting, and first‑level emergency response
  • Support Team Leader with technical and cost studies for project proposals and bidding
  • Collaborate closely with service operations, Application Centre, R&D, machine tool builders, and contractors
