Service Sales Manager

**Position Summary**

This role is responsible for the development of new business opportunities within an assigned geography, enhancing and contributing to the overall increase of market share, revenue and profitability consistent with the sales strategy. In addition, this role is responsible for hiring, mentoring and developing the Sales team to ensure sales, revenue and profit goals are met.

**Position Details**

+ Manages the sales activities ensuring that strong customer relationships are established and maintained while also driving sales team to achieve business objectives in both construction and service sales activities. Promotes team selling and expansion of existing relationships into additional new sales.
+ Supports sales teams in direct selling key/assigned accounts as required and is available as a point of contact for clients.
