Your responsibilities
Explore and expand the Cruise sales area by identifying and capitalizing on new commercial opportunities and developments that strengthen PALFINGER MARINE’s market position

Act as the general contact and point of escalation for Cruise customers and Sales Managers, ensuring effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship management across all service and sales offices

Participate actively in business strategy meetings to set segment-specific targets, budgets, and revenue expectations, directly contributing to the cruise segment’s success and long-term strategic objectives

Collaborate with Service and Sales offices to resolve customer issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective measures to maintain operational excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements
