Service Sales Representative

Requirements

• Promote the Flemish service business to the clients under his/her responsibility and boost the CS business orders.
• Understand the product structure, features and functions in order to identify and understand the needs of customers, and coordinate resources to provide quality services to customers.
• Be able to independently complete the technical communication of mechanical drive products and coordinate resources to provide quality proactive services to customers.
• Manage and incentivise distributors to invest in CS business to achieve wider CS business customer coverage and service responsiveness.
• Co-ordinate internal resources well to provide full support and attention to the CS business within the area of responsibility that is not directly responsible for it.
