Service Solution Architect

Job Description:

As a Service Solution Architect, you are the technical owner of end-to-end IT/OT solutions for customer operations. You ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement across the full customer lifecycle. Acting as the main technical point of contact, you align business needs with integrated technical solutions. You thrive in complex, high-impact environments where collaboration and ownership are key.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT/OT environments with customer-facing responsibilities;
• Strong understanding of integrated IT/OT solutions (e.g. infrastructure, software, automation);
• Ability to manage incidents, changes, and technical stakeholders under pressure;
• Fluent in English & Dutch; strong communication and analytical skills.
