Role Overview

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with experience in the photovoltaic (PV) market to join our Digital Power team. The selected candidate will be responsible not only for solution design and technical support, but also for service delivery management , ensuring successful project execution and high customer satisfaction.

Work Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the PV market.
• BESS knowledge is a plus.

Skillset

• Strong negotiation skills in complex scenarios.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of Huawei technology (Inverters and BESS).
• Advanced English level (mandatory).
