Service Solution Engineer – Smart PV (Utility & C&I Solar / BESS – Utility Focus)
Role Overview
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with strong experience in Utility-scale and C&I Solar and BESS projects (mainly Utility scenario) to join our Digital Power team.
The selected candidate will be responsible not only for solution design and technical support, but also for service delivery management, ensuring successful project execution—especially in utility-scale environments—and high customer satisfaction.
Work Experience & Knowledge
Electrical Engineer degree.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the PV market, mainly in Utility & C&I Solar projects.
Proven experience in Utility-scale solar projects (highly preferred).
BESS knowledge and project experience (strong plus).
AutoCAD proficiency.
Skillset
Strong negotiation skills in complex technical and commercial scenarios.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills....
