Grafton Recruitment is looking for a Service Specialist for an important company in the Industrial sector located in Santiago.As a Service Specialist you will be responsible for leading and supervising all aspects of the technical service area.Main responsibilities:
-Responsible for remote or in-person service support, including technical deliveries and advice to the distributor.
-Coordinate the relationship between distributor and factory, tracking sales reports and auditing the guarantees and problems associated with them.
-Check availability of spare parts, entering queries related to spare parts to the ERP.
-Relation with distributor, clients, and key accounts.
-Communication with factory, among other interlocutors.
-Manage and supervise team of service technicians, ensuring they are equipped with necessary resources to provide quality service and meet established deadlines.
