About the Role
Service Specialist on the Canada Service team to support branch teams and clients, ensuring Service Excellence in a dynamic, client‑centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for improvements within the team/department and act as stakeholder while working collaboratively.
- Provide solutions to telephone calls and written correspondence from Financial Advisors and Branch Office Administrators, considering legal/regulatory guidelines and risk.
- Leverage understanding of firm products and services to give reliable answers to field associates.
