Service Specialist

As a Service Specialist , you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing the schedules and resources of our deployment team. Dynamic work environment requires a good coordination and administrative skills to enhance operational efficiency. This will directly contribute to the success of our service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide shared support to Service Sales & Operations team.

• Handle customer’s enquiries via phone call and emails in his/her assigned territory.

• Manage administrative tasks such as preparing of quotations, invoices, pick list, reports, and other documentations.

• Effectively schedule on customer work orders until closure for Service Engineers, and ensuring smooth field support operations, to meet KPI.

• Monitor and follow up customer payments.
