Job Description
Responsibilities
- Customer management: Establish an effective problem management model to quickly solve technical problems in the region, analyze product and personnel problems in the region, and develop improvement plans. Collect and analyze customer service needs, report to headquarters, manage issues and demands in a closed-loop manner, and provide services to meet customer needs. Key customer support is aligned with an annual valued service plan to cover the customer and improve customer satisfaction in the region.
- Distributor management: Formulate planning and empowerment targets for distributors based on the region's business development and requirements. Follow up and supervise the completion of service indicators of channel providers and ensure distributor service quality.
