Job Summary:

Lead the service team to deliver seamless, disciplined, and guest-focused dining experiences for US Military personnel. This role requires a hands-on leader who values teamwork, enforces service discipline, and ensures strict adherence to operational standards while maintaining professionalism in all situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional food service.
• Lead and motivate the service team, including line staff, to consistently meet US Military service standards.
• Monitor meal lines, traffic flow, and portion control to maintain consistency and efficiency.
