Job Summary

The Body and Paint Supervisor is responsible for managing daily body and paint operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high customer satisfaction. This role oversees workshop activities, staff performance, insurance coordination, and compliance with company and manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise overall Body and Paint (BP) workshop operations
• Ensure profitability through proper pricing, cost control, and productivity monitoring
• Manage repair orders, workflow scheduling, quality control, and turnaround time
• Oversee insurance claims, referrals, and BP fleet sales coordination
• Ensure excellent customer handling and timely service delivery
• Monitor BP service targets, forecasts, and performance reports
• Lead, coach, and evaluate BP staff; ensure fair workload distribution
